UNCASVILLE, Conn. - Mohegan Sun Casino arena was the place where rock legends Uriah Heep would receive their awards as 2019 inductees into the Heavy Metal Hall of Fame. Mid-way through the set the band would pause in between songs. Heavy Metal Hall of Fame Founder/CEO, Pat Gesualdo took the stage to say a few words about Uriah Heep before presenting the band with the awards. Gesualdo introducted Martin Popoff to the stage, a Canadian Music journalist and author, co founder of music magazine Brave Words & Bloody Knuckles, to say a few words of the band. Uriah Heep was the supporting act for Judas Priest this night.
